Student Use Installation/Download Error

I have Revit 2013 on my computer but needed to update to 2014 for a school project. When I went online to download Revit 2014, the file seemed to download okay but I get the following message.

It says I either moved the installation package, manually closed or refreshed the installer, or I have a firewall blocking it. I don't think any of these statements are true, especially not the first two. I don't think I have a firewall that would be blocking it and nothing on chrome shows that it blocked anything.

I've tried downloading it three times onto my computer and every time I get this message.

Thanks for the help,

Caleb

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
