Student Software Installation

When I try to enter my serial number and product code for the Maya 2014 Student edition, I can't hit the 'continue' button. I know the code is right, as I directly copy-pasted from the E-Mail I received. Please help?

Hello. Don’t copy paste. Type the values. If you receive a red X next to a code, you are using the wrong one.

I am also having this issue and followed your instructions to type in the code instead of copying and pasting but the continue button still remains unclickable.
