Student liscencing problem

The education free download of Autocad Inventor Proffesional cannot give a serial number to activate it; I have tried waiting several days.

I have only done Inventor Proffesional 2015.

Using your Email Address on file I was not able to pull up any Serial Number nor an account. Have you registered for the EDU Site ? If so, what was the error message when you tried to download and generate a Student License Serial Number?
