student licence error 3d max

Hi

i installed autodesk 2015 3d max.

i registed as a student and got serial number and product key by the website.

after initialize the autodest 3d max i choose to activate my account and entered the serial number and product key.

the serial number succeeded but the product key did not.

i tried to get new serial number and product key by the website but got the same one...

any ideas?

Can you please confirm that you are using Product Key: 128G1? If you are using this key, please also try manually typing in the digits as copying and pasting can sometimes pull in other invisible characters. Also be sure that you are matching the format above and that you do not add any spaces.

yes i am using the product key "128G1" as you mentioned.

yes, i tried to type the digits (and not copy&past).

Hi Matan,

Thanks for giving that a try! Do you have any other Autodesk software installed on that same machine? Other licensing can sometimes be pulled in from other products. I know this can be a pain, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
