Student Account switched

My student account license ended; however my license says it ends in a year. My views won't render because I have used up all of my "credits." I am supposed to have unlimted with my student account. HELP!

Hi leb91391 and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

According to our records your activated your Education Community account today but your Revit license doesn't expire until 8/14/2015. When you say that your "student account has ended" what do you mean exactly? Are you receiving error messaging? Any details would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am just assuming my account ended! It says my renderings cannot be
rendered because I don't have any credits left. With a student account I am
supposed to have unlimited rendering credits for rendering in the cloud

Understood! It sounds like you may be experiencing a connectivity issue between your student account and your Autodesk 360 entitlements. For direct assistance, please contact our Education Team via the Problem Form. When submitting the form, please include as many details as possible to help speed up the process. Thank you!
