Stolen software

Hello,

My computer was stolen and I'm trying to get information on how to recover my software. I don't have a serial number as I don't have the software or the disk.  I've filed a claim with my insurance company and they're telling me that I should be able to download the software.  Can you help me?

I tried researching your email to find your serial number information but didn't find anything associated to your email address. I would suggest that you contact our Activation and Registration team for direct licensing assistance through our Contact Us page. Select your issue, topic, and then "I still need help" to pull up the associated chat options.

You can also re-download your software at anytime through our Virtual Agent.
