Had to create a new ID just to reply to this I am the original poster.

You say the serial number bank has been replenished but I am still getting the red we are out error please tell me what to do get my serial number

Please send an email to studentsupport@autodesk.com with your name and email address. I'll need this information to look up your Education Community account and manually generate a serial number for you!
