Staring- and Registrationproblems 3dsmax

Hello.

Problem: After the installation, when starting, i get these errors below in the picture. The directions mentioned in the errors didnt even get installed and the files "RTEaseReAuthBeginReg.html" and the other one are located in a complete different direction. After the last error it shuts down - i cant start 3dsmax.

Do you know that Problem? Is there a solution?
Thank you allready!

Hello. You look like you may be missing installation files. First, are you running Internet Explorer 10? If you are I would roll back to 9 and test to see if it helps.

  1. In the Windows Control Panel, go to Programs and Features
  2. Click Turn Windows features on or off
  3. Uncheck the Internet Explorer 10 box and click "OK". Let the process run
  4. After the system finishes processing, reboot the machine
  5. In the Windows Control Panel, go to Programs and Features
  6. Click "View Installed Updates"
  7. Locate the update for Internet Explorer 10 and select it and click "Uninstall" at the top of the screen.
  8. Let the process complete and reboot.

Past this I would uninstall and rename the Autodesk Shared\ADLM\R7 folder mentioned in the error. If R7 is renamed, when you reinstall a new R7 should be created. It may help get past the message.
