Standard user can not run Autodesk Revit 2013 (Borrowed license)

Administrator user took a borrowed license (BDS suite Ultimate 2013) and normally execute Revit.

then, I switch user to standard but warning happen to find license server.

 

Anyone suggest me some idea?

A borrowed license is specific to the user who borrowed the license and the machines network card.

You would need to return the license as the administrator, log in as the standard user and borrow the license.
