Standalone License Transfer, but subscription expired

I need to transfer my AutoCAD 2012 standalone license from one computer to another, but unfortunetely my license subscription has expired and I cannot perform license transfer. My AutoCAD 2012 had been upgraded to version 2013 (auto upgrade with subscription) but in the mean time I still using the version 2013.

In this case, can I install version 2013 in my new computer and uninstall the version 2012 in my old computer? What is the right way of doing this? Thanks.

For information, my company didn't have the plan to renew subscription.
