Stand alone user noobie strugling

I bought and pay from my pocket a stand alone 2014CAD LT. I was very happy that finaly i could afford to buy one and wait for the codes by email... They never came. I used a trial and bought thru it five days before expire. As you see my english is not perfect and maybe i made some mistake and i was rip-off without knowing. Is this normal? Why they sell something that i never get and when i try to look for support, i only get web pages but none has the solution to this. Can somebody help me? Thank you for reading.

From whom did you purchase the License?


Please send me a Private Message (click on my joane.bonghanoy profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with the following information:

     - Order Number

     - Email Address registered upon purchase

     - Invoice or receipt
