Stand alone home use license

I am looking into offering the home use option to our employee's for educational purposes to learn new features and increase their skills.  the concern I have is that most of our licenses are standalone and if we allow home use how do we insure the software gets uninstalled if the employee is terminated or leaves employment on their own.  Is there a way to set the licenses to expire on standalone home installs like the home use licenses requested for network installs do.

i don't think you can

it looks like a home use license lasts 13 months

thats why a lot of companies don't let employees use a home use license
