source file not found error in install

I tried downloading this about 4 times and each time i get this error. Anyone know why it cannot locate this file? What step am i missing? 

I put in my serial number, and it installs all the way to having 5 steps left and then this error pops up.

I've installed in on my other machine as well and it has no problem.

Hello. First Change your download message. Get your download from here:

http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...

Then turn off Antivirus and run the installer.

hi dembkod thanks for the link, but i still got that error message when i redownloaded...is it because i have an older student version of maya on my machine? my laptop had no problems installing everything. I had my antivirus turned off and everything 😞 

Is there a number to call autodesk? Just so much easier to use maya on a desktop than my laptop...
