software issues

I am having a problem. Whenever I start a file , the software shuts down , and error report sending window appears. I have even reinstalled the software but that has not fixed the problem.

What is your software and version?  What is your OS? 

 

Typically, problems like this that occur on Inventor, for example, are usually related to video card driver issues.
