I purchased a standalone version of Sketchbook Pro 7 and downloaded / installed the product successfully, but the license codes have not been issued as promised. I have tried to take this up with the online sales support team but other than promising to 'escalate' the issue they seem unable to help. Well over 48 hours now and nothing - I can't use the product. Is there anything else I can do or do I just give up?
I would never give up on a purchase. I would log into teh webiste where you purchased the product and look for contact links there. If you have a case created, replying to that case thread is the fastest way to get a response.
