I ordered an update to my functional Sketchbook pro 6. The supplier referred to this update as Sketchbook pro 7. When it was delivered it was defined as Sketchbook pro 2015. It was downloaded to my Mac. I installed it and the final box put up by the installation process said 'Installation Successful'. I out the new icon at the bottom of my screen and clicked on it. The title 'Sketchbook pro 2015' appears in the expected place on he top of my screen but it remains there for less than a second and nothing else happens. It matters not if I singlr click or double click, soft restart or shut down and restart my Mac; always the same result, a brief flash of the program title and then it vanishes and nothing else happens.
I can find no reference to this aa a problem or issue on any forum or similar sight. What am I doing wrong?
Any help would be most gratefully received.
Regards,
Geoff Aston
My story is exactly the same as yours. Came here looking for a solution. I'm on Mac running 10.9.5. To add to this issue the coupon code for my 12 months "free" membership says it's not valid.
