Silent\Quiet Installation of Autodesk Creative Suite 2010 on Mac OS X

Hi,

I am looking at deployment options for Autodesk Creative Suite 2010 on Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) clients. I would ideally like to deploy by using some sort of unattended\silent install, with Network Install set as an option rather than standalone. I haven't been able to find any documentation regarding deployment options for Mac clients. Could anyone point me in the right direction, or offer any suggestions?

Many Thanks,
Simon,

We currently don't have a way to deploy Maya on Mac OS similar to the way we do on Windows. However there are several off the shelf tools that maybe able to do this type of install. i.e. Apple Remote Desktop
http://www.apple.com/remotedesktop/

Other option would be that you copy installer on 1 mac and mount the folder on to the rest of the mac and do the installation.

When using maya on Snow leapord make sure that You upgrade your installation of Snow Leopard to Mac OS 10.6.2.

Are there any plans on implementing such a feature?

Snapshots of applications installs are not as flexible as a proper silent installation when it comes to deploying individual applications to hundreds of computers.

Thanks.

Replying to an old post just in case anyone else stumbles across it - I've been able to silently deploy Maya 2014, 2015 and 2016 on Mac OS X and I'd be happy to share.

I've managed to deploy Maya but on launch it complains about the license file. Does your proceedur to deploy the software cover this & could you please share?
