Sidebar have no items

Hy, I have installed my new studentversion of AutoCAD version 2013.

Now the Items in the left sidebar are disappeart.

Do someone know how a get this items or which error it could be?

The features at the topbar are also away (File, Edit, View...).

In the following two pics you can see the missing parts.

You're running the MAC version: where did both screenshots come from?
Whcih MAC OS are you running?

Mac OS X 10.9.2 is running on my mac.

the screenshot without the items is from AutoCAD2013 and the screenshot with the items is from AutoCAD 2012, both versions are installed on my mac.
