Serial number

I downloaded Autocad for Students on my Macbook yesterday, but I still don't have ther serial number. Can you please tell me where to find it? This is my e-mail adress, in case you need it: silvibre@gmail.com

Greetings and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

The serial number should be presented you upon request through the Education Community:

1. Login to the Education Community

2. Click "Free Software" on the left side of the page

3. Select your product, version, etc.

4. Your serial number and product key will then be given and emailed to you.

If you've already created an account and downloaded your product from the Education Community your serial number will be in your email. Be sure to check your spam filter as it is an automated email. If you have any other questions please respond to this post. Thank you!

I checked my spam filter but I got nothing, I downloaded the software already but I don't have the serial number and I need it!
