Serial Number or Product Key Issues

Hello,

I am senior at RCAD and about to make animated short film with maya.

school updated maya to 2015 so i want to do this, but

when I try to get student version,

i dont have serial number

so I cant not click next ...now..

what should I do..?

Hi @dshin1 , welcome to the Community!

I'm not sure I fully understood the issue. Were you able to download Maya 2015 from the Education Community? You should have been given a serial number both at the download page and via email shortly after starting the download.

If you didn't download your product from the Education Community, please do so and you will receive a serial number to activate the product.
