Serial number not recognized on stand-alone PC - Ecotect

Good Morning, All

 

My student installed Ecotect, but every time she accesses the program she is prompted to re-enter the serial number and product code.  However, when she does, it tells her there is an activated license.  Screen prints attached.

 

Any work-around?  Suggestions?
