Hello,
I am a student and have been using the student version of Maya 2014 for the last year or so. This semester in school, we are using Maya 2015, so I decided to download the student version through the Autodesk website. Unfortunately, it keeps saying that my serial number is invalid. When I contact Autodesk support, they keep telling me that they cannot help me because my serial is not registered to Maya 2015. So apparently, my serial number did not register to Maya 2015 properly for some reason, even though it's the same serial number I've been using for the last year. When I log in and try to register online, only Maya 2013 and 2014 show up as options.
Again, Autodesk support has told me that they can't help until my serial number is registered to 2015. However, that is my problem, and why I was asking Autodesk support for help, so I don't know what I'm supposed to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated, since I'm running out of days left of the trial version of Maya, and so far have not been able to resolve this issue with the help of Autodesk Support for the last two weeks.
Thanks

Hi Jessica.T,
I was able to get Maya 2015 working by creating a new account and getting a new serial number, as advised by education community support. Thanks for the help!
