serial number and product key

my serial number and product key have dissapeared from the download screen after my internet disconnected and i dont know how to retreve them, that is if you can. 

any suggestions would be helpful thanks 🙂

There are three places students and teachers can find their serial numbers:

During product download
From the download email
After downloading software

hi Jessica.t thanks for the information but in the end the download didn't even work. if you have an information on what way is best to download Inventor 2015 I would be greatful
