SERIAL NUMBER AND PRODUCT KEY not received..

Hi

Purchased 3ds Max on 15th July 2013. Received e-mail only with SKU number.

Like others, I found this forum and by fluke I happened to read it takes 24 to 48 hours

to recieve serial and product key after purchase.... It would be nice if this had been stated at least in the

order confirmation e-mail, as it is annoying not knowing what to do next after paying

that amount of money for a software.....

I hope it is possible to receive the serial and roduct key as soon as possible.
