Serial code for student

Hi! I have try to get my serial number many time and it keep telling me the same error message. I try to contact autodesk to know can i get it but the answer they give me didnt work so....

Error message: We cannot provide your license details at this time...

It say to try a little bit latter or to download the trial and comming back. I have done this and come back every day to try it again and nothing...

Does I forget something about my student account or?

I'm a little bit lost...

I little the video but sound like chinese to me.  When i have check other part of the web it say that you can have your serial number by email or when u download the program. But I didnt have the email and when i download it doesnt work.

Try creating your student account using a different email address.

I have try 3 different email now and its exactly the same error message.

Possible solutions

1. Wait a few minutes and try again.
2. Use the Download button to download and install your software, and use it in "trial mode" for up to 30 days. Return to this page before the trial period ends to obtain your serial number by re-selecting your product's version, language, and operating system.
