Please help, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing? The following is a status history from SAM Report Lite V3.6

Sounds like you need a license file for the machine with MAC of 0022191e243a. If you are viewing it from another computer, you need to make sure that you have the license file for that machine on the client from which you are viewing.
