revit trial

I downloaded a trial version of Revit and I received the following error message when I tried to open it: "launching file failed: SE_ERR_ACCESSDENIED."  Could it be because my (64-bit) omputer only has 4 GB of RAM?  (Does this count as a download if I cannot access the program?)

Just re-download it again.
