I have been having huge issues trying to register my product online. I get to the register once page, Select Windows and type in my serial number and get told "Your product cannot be registered in United States. (7)" I am not trying to register my product in the United States, I'm trying to register it in South Africa. So why is it telling me this?
I really need this sorted out as soon as possible.
Is this a network license? If it isn't you should be able to register your license by installing the software and opening it. The software will pull up a screen that will allow you to register it through Revit. If none of these work Autodesk does have a toll free number you can call and get your registration codes.
