Revit products fail to install-cannot open the device or file specified.

I can't install any Revit products without recieving this message..

The system cannot open the device or file specified. 

C:\DOCUME~1\USER\LOCALS~1\Temp\_AI1B1.tmp\en-us\support\adr\SetupDesignReview2011.msi

Any help would be great. I have tried everything I can think of.

This error indicates that there is a problem during the installation of Design Review and you should be able to avoid this erorr by unchecking Design Review on the Configure Installation page.  If this works but you still require Design Review, you can try downloading and installing the latest version from this site: http://usa.autodesk.com/design-review/.
