Revit not Installing

I have been trying to download Revit student edition unto my computer but every time I try to install it a screen come up that says

"Installation complete. Some products failed to install" (It's acctually everything that failed to install)

If I am reading it corretly it looks like I'm getting error 1619 which seems to be a common error from what Ive searched.

I tried several things to try and fix it but nothing seems to be working. BTW I am running windows 8.1

I attached the installation log file

Hello. You are conflicting with the Microsoft C++ installers. Uninstall the Microsoft C++ from the machine before you run the installer. You will have multiple entries. I would pull them all out.

After this you will likely install just fine.

At this stage, if not, go to the C:\autodesk\ install folder and open the setup.ini file

Search and replace all PREREQ entries with #PREREQ and save the file. Then run the installer.
