Revit LT 2015 Will not recognize internet connection?

I have downloaded, installed, and given my user name, password, product key, and serial number...

now when I got to open it, it says the server can't be contacted because I don't have an internet connection.

I obviously do.... so how do I go about convincing Revit that I do?!

There might be a temporary issue with Desktop Subscription right now.  In the mean-time, try this:

Good Luck!

I have tried those steps, as well as fully re-installing Revit LT following
the clean un-install and re-install directions on your site.

Any idea when this might be fixed? I'm sure you hear this all the time, but
I do have a deadline to meet, and if this isn't going to be solved in a
prompt manner, I will need to figure something else out.

Other people have stated that it is working for them now.  Does it still fail for you?

I just tried it with all my firewall turned off and my AVG temporarily
disabled, both as administrator and as a normal user, and it still won't
work. I'll try re-starting my machine.
