Hello. Yes, you need to ensure you have downloaded and installed the correct version of Revit first. If you have Revit installed and is still giving 0,0,0 errors, either your license file has been cut to only include an INCREMENT portion (no Package) or you are pointing to an old license manager that just does not have the license present.
