Revit Architure 201 Won't Install - Education Edition

I've had Revit Architecture 2010 on my machine and needed to put on 2011.  I completely uninstalled 2010 and went through the process on the web site to install 2011.  The "install.exe" program downloads, but when I run it (both as regular user and as administrative user) nothing happens.

I've tried the following with no success:

- Restart machine

- Wait a long time to see if something is being downladed and unzipped in the background

- Downloaded again

Machine:

Lenovo X200 Tablet - 4GB Memory, los of hard drive space

please try to use another browser to download if possible. issue could be with the Akamai download manager.

do you see a link for direct download without the download manager ?
