Revit Architecture licence

I have a licence for Revit Architecture in Europe and cannot access from Canada.  The software is installed on my laptop so can I just buy a licence without installing any further software?

You might be able to delete the licensing and add a new activation to it.  Worst case, you might have to reinstall.
