Revit and Architecture 2010 Tutorials will not install with windows 7

Did you recall receiving error messages during install?

No I did not get error message. The files were loaded but the program did not read them.

The instructions from the readme file are poorly written and they are not for windows 7, also there are multiple files that are not discussed in loading them.

Need better instructions.

The tutorials should always come with the program and installed then, this is bad product service which is usually not what we used to get from Autodesk.

Customer Service needs to improve.
