Revit 2015 installation, updates and subscription

We are ready to install Revit from the Building Design Suite 2015 Premium package.  I see that there are at least four updates including a security update and an R2 version. The Update Release 4 web page states "Note: Once Autodesk Revit 2015 Update Release 4 is installed, Autodesk Revit 2015 R2 for Subscription Customers will not be able to be installed. If you are an Autodesk Subscription Customer, please refer to the Autodesk Revit 2015 R2 subscription download page prior to installing Autodesk Revit Structure 2015 Update Release 4.  We are on subscription, however when I select the link I'm sent to a page stating "The page you were looking for was not found".

I need to know, after installing Revit 2015 when update and subscription inhansmence should be installed and in what order.

put R2 on first if Update 1, 2, or 3 are not installed if Update 1, 2 are installed already you need to put on Update 3 then put on r2

Update 4 is not needed if you installed R2

This update requires either the initial release of Autodesk Revit 2015 (build: 20140223_1515) or Autodesk Revit 2015 Update Release 3 (build: 20140606_1530) . Autodesk Revit 2015 Update Release 3 will need to be applied to any installed Revit 2015 which has either Autodesk Revit 2015 Update Release 1 (build: 20140322_1515) or Autodesk Revit 2015 Update Release 2 (build: 20140323_1530) applied. Installation will also be blocked if Autodesk Revit 2015 Update Release 4 (build: 20140903_1530)) has been applied, a full uninstall followed by a new install of Autodesk Revit 2015 will be needed in order to apply Release 2.
