Revit 2015 Installation Error 1603 and 1619, Microsoft Visual C++

i can´t install Revit 2015 in my Laptop with Windows 8.1 Pro.

I would start here:

If you still have problems and the prerequisite is not already installed and installation still fails, then you may need to make an advanced edit to the setup.ini file to ignore the error. Please make sure you manually install the prerequisite file from Microsoft and then modify the setup.ini file accordingly.

I am having the same errors, (1603 and 1619) and the fixes that you have provided did not work for me. Do you know of anything else that could possibly work?
