Revit 2015 installation error 1310

I am trying to install the Revit 2015 and I have encounter the error 1310 cannot write to mfc90.dll. I have turned off the anitvirus, firewall, and the UAC is turned off as per instructions I found. Still no luck. Need some advice on this. System is Windows 7 Entreprise SP1

Consider uninstalling C++ 2011, 2010 redistributables. We have had unique cases where this interferes with the installation of the C++ 2008 software.

I have reviewed the programs under control panel. I have C++ 2008, 2010 and 2012. I have deleted 2010 version and tried to install. However, it gives me an error while installing C++ 2010. Do I have to delete the C++ 2012 also?

Yes. Go ahead and uninstall the 2012. We observed that the new versions interfere with the updating of the C++ 2008 distributables.

I removed the C++ 2010 and 2012 and still have errors when installing the Revit. It said it failed when trying to install the C++ 2010. Here is the line from the log file "2014/9/8:13:39:50    Rick    BEST-RICK    Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable (x86): "C:\Autodesk\WI\Autodesk Revit 2015\3rdParty\x86\VCRedist\2010SP1\vcredist_x86.exe" /q /norestart
2014/9/8:13:39:51    Rick    BEST-RICK    Install    Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable (x86)    Failed    Installation aborted, Result=1603"

Here is a screen shot of the C++ that i had in the computer.

And you rebooted your computer? Also be sure to clear out any residual files in the Windows %temp% folder. The advice is based on our experiences that new versions of the C++ redistributable appears to disrupt in installation of previous versions.
