Revit 2014 New Install - Arrayelemsdb.dll error

New installation completes, but upon opening the program, the error in Capture occurs.  A maintenance upgrade is offered but attempts to install it result in the errors in captures 2, and 3.
Attempts to repair and a full uninstall/reinstall have no effect.  Revit 2013 is present on the system (Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit) and functions normally.

Uninstall Revit using Fix it:

Then download Revit 2014 via the Virtual Agent (#3) and re-install it.
