Revit 2012 will not start! Error exclamation mark in a triangle

When I try to open revit it starts just to load and then comes this unclassifiable error! and .. it does not go on!
Can anyone tell me what could be the?

Dude, that has got to be the best error ever.  Try running it as administrator or logged in as another user and see if the error persists.
