Revit 2012 LTU error 36

Is there a limit on exporting a stand alone license? Below is the message I get when attaempting to export.

Hard telling.  If you are just switching your license between your two computers (work and home or workstation and laptop) then you are allowed to simply activate both locations and avoid the LTU altogether.

How can you activate both locations?

Just like you did the first time.  Your existing license should already be installed.  So instead, simply go to the 2nd one without the license and activate it.  If it fails, you can get one manually.

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.
