I've also just activated your Education Community account.
As mentioned in some of the previous posts, the activation email's can sometimes get routed to junk folders or blocked all together. I'd suggest that anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation make sure to look in those places, and also explore the option to validate over the phone via text message.
I have manually activated your EDU account. You should now be able to log in and enjoy the benefits of the site.

Hi, I also cannot download software. It keeps asking for account activation but I have downloaded in the past, the activation email does not send, any help would be appreciated
