Reselling my Autodesk Student Suite?

A few months ago, my teacher had us download a 13 month student version of Maya. After doing that, he had us purchase a Student Suite which included Maya and a few other programs, most of which are PC only (I have a Macbook Pro). Since I only have Maya for my class, and I don't really want it afterwards (also, you cannot use it for commercial use, so truthfully I find NO reason to own it), is there any way I can sell it?

I haven't opened the box, nor have I entered the license serial number from the box to fully activate my Maya.

I know that there are other students out there who WOULD benefit from having this suite, and I feel like it is a waste for it to just sit on my shelf at home and collect dust.

I just want to know what my options are, if I even have any...

Technically and legally, no, you cannot.  But if the serial number has not been registered and activated yet, I suppose it would not affect the second owner.
