Replacing second PC - single user license issue

Hi Everyone

I have a single standalone license for Inventor LT 2014 suite.

The primary install of this license is on one laptop of mine I use for work and it stays at the company I work for.

The second install is on a laptop of mine which is at home and used when I'm not at the company.

This is as per the EULA

My question is - If I'm going to change my laptop at home (the one at work wont be changed)

Do I need to use the license transfer utility on the home laptop so I can install Inventor on the new replacement?

If so will this affect the license on the laptop I use for work on the company premises.

Help!

all I did was ran the activation
it asked me why I was activating this software again
answered install on new pc
Autodesk virtual assistant sent me a new activation code
and everything is fine
