Can I replace my downloaded and activated Autocad LT 2014 32-bit with a re-download and re-activating of Autocad LT 64-bit?

The program was purchased august 4. 2013 and it work very well, but I would like to upgrade my OS to 64-bit in order to handle more than 4g ram. I am often running several graphical programs at the same time.

You should be able to download the 64-bit version and activate it with your existing serial number without any issues.
