Repeat installation process AutoCAD LT2012

Hi

I have installed my copy of AutoCAD LT2012 successfully. If I click on the new icon on the desktop the software takes me to the product installation setup screens again only this time the product key is rejected. I have run the export and import of the licence fro my old pc to my new one. 

Why won't it open up the software and what do I need to do to fix this installation loop?

Hello. Your description does not quite make sense. If you are installed, you should not see the PRODUCT KEY when you start the program. Are you talking about the SERIAL NUMBER?

 

If you are importing, you have not imported correctly> Retry the import or try to just activate the software. If you can produce a screenshot it may help, though you can delete the serial number so it’s not posted.

 

IF this is trying to activate and is saying incorrect or invalid serial, we just need to get you an activation.
