Can you please set up our account so we can get free "Render in cloud point" The problems is, we can not Render in cloud because we do not have point´s to do so.

Can you post your question to licensing and install forum? http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-and-licensing/ct-p/3001 Someone there should be able to help you fix this problem.
