Yes this is fairly easy.
First you need two working servers and VPN or similar to ensure
connectivity.
After this you should just set the path of both servers for your
applications.
One common way is to set the environment varible ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE to:
set ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE = port@server1;port@server2
Then everything should work.
