Lost tool palette functionality. Trying to do clean reinstall of C3D 2010. Followed instructions from Autodesk Support including eliminating certain registry entries etc etc. Restart etc. Normally reinstall once a year. When I get to the install dialog it states there is a newer version installed. I check the registry and the entry is back for local machine only.


It is a real head scratcher.


Any help short of reinstalling Windows?
