I was recently given Autocad Design Suite Standard 2013 at work. I was told it was a stand alone but after the license did not work, I received an email from Autodesk saying that this was a network key - what we had originally requested. So, it would seem that there was confusion on our end. I installed it as a standalone and now am wondering, can / should i uninstall the suite and start over installing as a network? Need to get this up and going, ASAP.
Thanks, Munson
Hi Mark,
While there are registry hacks out there that allow one to change the deployment type of a select install, your best bet in this case would definitely be to uninstall / reinstall with the correct deployment.
